Use FirstPing respectfully. AI suggestions are assistive — they are not guaranteed outcomes.
You must be 18+ to use the product. Don't misuse it to harass, deceive, or harm anyone.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use FirstPing.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use FirstPing to harass, threaten, deceive, stalk, or impersonate anyone.
- Do not upload sexual content involving minors or non-consenting adults.
- Do not use the service for illegal activity or to violate someone else's privacy.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or overload the service.
4. AI-generated suggestions
Openers, audits, and coaching replies are generated by AI and are assistive, not guaranteed outcomes. You are responsible for what you choose to send. FirstPing is not liable for the response (or non-response) you receive.
5. Subscriptions and payments
- Pro is billed at ₹499 per month. Elite is billed at ₹1,999 per month.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay.
- You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account anytime from Settings.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
