We only collect the minimum data needed to run FirstPing — your account info, profile inputs you give us, and the chats and audits you generate.
We never sell your data. You can delete your account and personal content anytime from Settings → Account Management → Delete Account.
FirstPing is for users aged 18 and above.
1. Who we are
FirstPing is an AI dating coach built for adult users in India. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
2. Data we collect
- Account info: name, email, password (hashed by our auth provider).
- Profile inputs: dating-app bios you paste in for audit, contexts you provide for openers, messages you send to the Confidence Coach.
- Generated content: AI-generated openers and audit results saved to your history.
- Subscription info: plan, status, and billing references from Razorpay (we do not store your card details).
- Consent records: your consent choices and the time you accepted them.
- Privacy-safe analytics: usage events to improve the product (only if you opt in).
3. Why we collect it
- To run core features (message generator, profile audit, confidence coach).
- To enforce free / paid plan limits.
- To process payments for Pro and Elite plans.
- To respond to support and grievance requests.
- To improve the product based on opt-in analytics.
4. Third-party services we use
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
- Razorpay — payment processing for subscriptions.
- OpenAI — AI generation for openers, audits, and coaching replies. Inputs you submit are sent to the model to generate the response.
- Future voice providers — if you opt into the upcoming Voice Coach, separate consent will be requested for audio and transcript processing.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile, generated history, and consent records are removed, except where we are required to keep limited records for legal, tax, or billing reasons.
6. Your rights
- Access: request a summary of the personal data linked to your account.
- Correction: update your name and account info from Settings.
- Deletion: delete your account and personal data anytime from Settings.
- Withdraw consent: turn off marketing or analytics anytime from Settings → Consent Preferences.
- Grievance: contact us if you feel your privacy has been violated.
7. 18+ only
FirstPing is only for users aged 18 and above. You must confirm your age at signup.
