You can delete your account and personal data anytime, directly inside the app.
Settings → Account Management → Delete Account.
1. How to delete your account in-app
- Log in to FirstPing.
- Open Settings from the sidebar or bottom nav.
- Go to Account Management → Delete Account.
- Read the warning and type DELETE to confirm.
- Your account and personal data will be removed.
2. What gets deleted
- Your profile and account record.
- Saved generated openers and chat history.
- Profile audit history linked to your account.
- Coach conversations stored under your account.
- Your consent preferences.
3. What may be retained
Limited records may be retained for legal, tax, billing, or fraud-prevention reasons (for example, payment receipts required under Indian law). These records are not used to profile you and are removed once retention obligations end.
4. If you can't log in
If you've lost access to your account, email us from the email address on file:
Include your registered email and a short note that you want your account deleted. We'll verify and confirm deletion.
